Pour the 400 ml cold milk into your mixing bowl. 2. Add the 200 g whipping cream powder. 3. Whip until it starts becoming thick. 4. Gradually add the condensed milk while whipping. 5. Add vanilla. 6. Continue whipping until you have stiff, pipeable peaks. 7. Fold in your crushed Oreos. 8.
