Kgosi Tech Reviews needs a freelance video editor (ongoing)

The brief

Kgosi Tech Reviews is scaling up the channel and I am looking for a reliable freelance video editor to partner with on an ongoing basis, not a one-off. I shoot the reviews, you make them sing. Here is the honest brief: I currently publish two to three tech review videos a week, each one is between eight and twelve minutes of talking-head plus product b-roll, and I need someone who can take my raw footage and turn it around within forty-eight hours with clean cuts, punchy pacing, on-screen text callouts for specs, colour correction so the products actually look good, and licensed background music that will not get me a copyright strike. If you can do motion graphics for spec comparisons that is a massive plus and we can talk about a higher rate for those. What matters most to me: consistency and communication. I would rather have a good editor who hits every deadline than a brilliant one who disappears for a week. You will need your own editing setup capable of handling 4K footage, a portfolio of similar work I can watch, and the ability to take direction and iterate without getting precious about it. I pay per finished video, on time, every time, and if we click this becomes steady predictable income for you as the channel grows. Please Ping me with your showreel, your per-video rate for the format described above, and your typical turnaround time. South-Africa-based preferred so our hours line up but I am open to the right person anywhere. Reposts to any editors in your network genuinely appreciated.
