Need a trustworthy plumber for a full bathroom reno in Soweto

Calling all the plumbing plugs in and around Soweto because I am about to start a full bathroom renovation and I refuse to hand this over to just anyone after the horror stories I have heard. Here is exactly what the job involves so nobody wastes anybody time: ripping out the old bath, basin and toilet, re-doing all the hot and cold water lines because the current galvanised pipes are older than me and constantly leaking, installing a new shower with a proper mixer, moving the toilet about half a metre to the left to make room for a vanity, and fitting a small geyser. I will supply all the fittings and tiles myself, I just need skilled labour and the plumbing expertise. What I need from you: at least five years of real experience, references I can actually phone and preferably a previous job I can go look at, your own tools and transport, and a written quote that breaks down labour separately from any materials you insist on supplying. I am not looking for the cheapest quote, I am looking for someone who will do it once and do it right so I am not calling you back in three months. Timeline is flexible but I would love to start within the next two to three weeks. Payment is in agreed stages against milestones, never everything up front, so if that is a problem for you then we are not a match.
