Looking for a reliable second-hand hatchback under R95k

Right, plugging the community because I have been searching for weeks and I am tired. I need a reliable second-hand hatchback, something economical like a Polo Vivo, Kia Picanto, Hyundai i10 or a Ford Figo, ideally a 2016 model or newer with under 120 000 km on the clock. Budget is a hard R95 000 and honestly I would rather spend a little less and keep something aside for the inevitable first service. Non-negotiables: full service history from a proper dealership or a book I can verify, a valid roadworthy certificate, no outstanding finance, and the car must not have been in a major accident. I have had two people try to sell me rebuilt write-offs already so I am done wasting weekends. I am based in Pretoria east but I am willing to drive anywhere in Gauteng to view the right one, and I can bring my own mechanic for a pre-purchase inspection which is non-negotiable before any money changes hands. Cash is ready, I can do the paperwork same day at the licensing department, and I am not interested in anything that needs work before it can drive.
